Payment Methods
We accept payment by Google Checkout or Paypal. We no longer accept UK Cheques and Postal orders.
All payments will be taken in UK Pounds.
The currency rates shown are for illustration purposes only. They are the commercial rates from the previous night and may not reflect what rates your credit card company charges you.
There is no minimum order value , but there is a minimum cost of £1.80 for uk shipping. We add a low order fee for orders below £5.00 in value
Stock Availability
We try to make sure that we are not commiting to supply cards that we do not have. We sell thousands of cards a week, but only update the Website every night. Therefore there is a chance that cards shown on the site are no longer available, or it is possible that the inventory could be in error, so you are not guaranteed a card until we have picked it.
We try to keep the on-line inventory as current as possible. We will always e-mail you with confirmation of your order. We pick the cards and set them aside on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept orders via email, post or telephone as well as via the website, which is one of the main reasons why the website is not our master inventory.
In the event of a shortage, your bill will be reduced accordingly. If payment was made by credit card, then the payment taken will be reduced.
In legal terms this means that the contract between you and us to supply the goods is only formed on dispatch of the product.
Non Payment
We reserve the right to place cards back in stock and cancel your order if a payment is not received within 7 days. Goods remain the property of Psisoft Consultancy Services Ltd until payment is received.
We will accept no responsibility for goods that are lost in the post outside the EC where insurance has been declined.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Low Minimum order Our minimum order stands at £5.00 before shipping. If your order is for less than £5.00 then we add a £1.00 + VAT Low order fee to it. This is to reflect the cost of processing the orders
Privacy Notice
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We have a mailing list that you can join if you wish to be told about restocks and other new products. We do not use our customer list address details except to send you statements of accounts, goods or invoices.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Shipping and Returns
We usually ship our goods via the Royal Mail. Occasionally we use Interlink Express or Fastway for bulkier or heavy items. You can choose to have the goods insured against loss in the mail by choosing the "insured" option. This also usually gains you a faster delivery time. Be aware that the Royal mail reportedly "loses" approximately 1 million items a week. We have had packages go missing in the past.
We offer insurance as an option to keep your postage costs down. Please bear in mind that if you choose not to have your goods insured against loss in the post then that is your decision. This is especially relevant for any overseas customers.
All items have a shipping cost quoted for them inside the shopping cart system. You can see the shipping cost before confirming checkout. Shipping rates vary due to the size of the order and the destination.
We have a minimum shipping cost of £1.50
Occasionally we upgrade postage to an insured service at no extra cost to you. This is at our discretion.
Most UK post arrives within 3 days of dispatch. However, Royal mail do say to allow 10 days for first class delivery, and we cannot start chasing an item with them until at least 10 working days have past.
Card orders are usually sent in the letter post. Larger items, such as boxes of boosters, may not fit through the letterbox.
Insured services and some larger items will require a signature on delivery.
We make every effort to inform you of the dispatch time of your goods. We usually process and ship within 10 working days of receipt of the order, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We inform you via email when the order is being processed and dispatched.
If the items are sent out via courier, you will be informed. The courier will attempt delivery on the next working day after the dispatch. This will usually be before 3pm. If no-one is available to take delivery of the goods, you will be carded by the driver. This will constitute a successful delivery. Please contact the courier immediatly on receiving this card, as they will return the goods to us inside 5 working days if they are not collected or a redelivery is not arranged.
If for any reason you or the person at the delivery address refuses to accept delivery of the products, or does not contact the courier after they have attempted delivery then all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion, charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.
RefundsWe will accept back into stock any sealed product that has been returned in a saleable condition for any reason within 7 days of receipt, with the following provisos:
Boosters and other sets of random cards are returned unopened
Computer software is returned sealed.
We will accept the return of single cards for any reason, as long as the same cards are returned within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds are given on receipt of the product at our address.
When returning goods for refund, please contact us first. We recommend that all returns are made using at least "recorded delivery", so that you know that we have actually received them. You will pay the cost of returning goods yourself, unless the goods are faulty, or the wrong items have been sent.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
